Adam swore as the house was plunged into darkness due to a power outage. Cautiously he crossed the room, trying to find his phone so he could use the torch and then swore again as he fell over the werewolf.

Adam swore as the house was plunged into darkness due to a power outage. Cautiously he crossed the room, trying to find his phone so he could use the torch and then swore again as he fell over the werewolf.
“You stupid mutt. Just because you can see in the dark doesn’t mean I can.”
He felt something being hit against his leg and reached across to find the torch which the werewolf had fetched for him.
“Okay. I should have left you to it in the first place.” He switched the torch on and rubbed the werewolf’s head apologetically.
