"Lucas, is everything all right?” Jo asked.

“What?  Oh, yes, just concentrating.”

Ros caught Jo’s eye and shook her head.  She too had noticed that although Lucas was looking intently at the report on his screen, he hadn’t scrolled up or down for several minutes.  She stood up and walked over to see what had caught his attention.

Then she said, “Too many memories, Lucas?”

“Mph.”

“I know you don’t want to talk about them, but I suggest you take yourself out for a brisk walk and then buy our sandwiches on the way back.”

“Is that an order?”

“Yes!”
