My nice, new house took me by surprise
And my heart began to nervously flutter
Spirits were hidden there in every guise
Slamming open each door and shutter

Now I don't know what I should try to do
It's not like I can call the cops to evict them
But the seller, it's really sad but true
Saw me as the perfect home scamming victim

I guess we'll have to somehow make the best
Of our peculiar living/dead situation
But if any of them should turn out to be a pest
Then this can only end in such frustration
