Jude was not hard to find on his days off, not that Gaius had particularly been looking.
Not this time, at least.
He'd made a brief and unsuccessful effort to learn to identify specific trains with Jude's ease and enthusiasm, which meant that he had no idea what Jude might be stalking.
But he was there, looking, and Gaius watched for a moment, curious, before approaching.
"Which one are you waiting for?"
Jude's eyes went wide.
"Yours," he said, red.
"Schedule change," Gaius explained. "Ended up with a private compartment back, as well."
"Oh..."
"Would you like to see it?"
