There is soup on the stove.
Usually Qifrey is more likely to cook, since Olruggio tends to hole up in his room. But lately something had been off. Not in any apparent way, Qifrey is there and he smiles and teaches the girls and cares for him. But under the surface something is going on, threatening to boil over any second.
Olruggio kind of hopes it does. At least then he’d know what it is. Until then he’ll try to hold it together with the comfort of his presence and warm soup.
Maybe that will fix it a little.
