Buffy stared dejectedly at the mirror as she held the hideous bridesmaid dress in front of herself.
The fabric looked cheap and itchy, and that was bad enough, but the worst part was that it came in a radioactive-green color that made her want to gouge her own eyes out. Whoever designed this monstrosity deserved to be slayed.
As she started to get ready, she braced herself for the humiliation awaiting her and the other bridesmaids; was it too much to hope for someone to spill coffee on her so she’d have an excuse to change into literally anything else?
