Audric was quiet for a long moment, digesting the information the merchant had offered him while he'd selected a proper-enough traveling outfit for his Zodiark.
The world had changed and they'd been spat back out into it like some sort of grand joke. Or it might be a new world entirely; Audric wasn't sure.
It didn't matter, really. There were definitely things he needed to do, things he could do that nobody else would or could.
He remembered...
Audric paid for what he'd chosen and made his way back towards the village inn.
Zodiark was waiting...
The world was waiting.
