The twins are sleeping contentedly in their cribs.
Satisfied, Monica pads softly back into her bedroom. Chandler is also sound asleep, softly snoring as she climbs back into bed beside him.
This is the life. It's worth everything. The years of struggling with her weight, and uncovering the willpower to make herself healthy. Being overshadowed by Ross when they were growing up. Every failed relationship.
Now, Monica is successful, and happily married to Chandler, who adores her. Raising the twins they've adopted together.
It may seem a trifle hackneyed. But it looks like living well really is the best revenge.
