Back home after their gig, Micky nursed a cola and sulked.
"Man, don't have yourself a heartache over that silly chick tonight," Mike told him, patting his shoulder. "We were up there, gettin' paid to be artistic. She had to know that you couldn't leave us in the lurch by goin' down to dance with her. If we all dropped everything just 'cuz some cute girl batted an eye at us, we wouldn't get any money. A roof over our heads is more important than some huffy girl with a chip on her shoulder."
"Maybe," Micky sighed. "Still hurts, though."
