If the con was over, he might have asked one of them to help. Eliot was pretty sure the hit was non-vital, and he used combat medic tricks to patch it up while changing into the next outfit. He used his anger to fuel him to keep going.
There'd be time after the job was done to get it looked at. There was even a vet he knew in this town to handle it.
He kept working, ignoring the warning signs.
When he woke on the vet's couch, the pain in Parker's eyes said it hadn't been the right call.
