Leona wasn’t sure why he had, but he did. Not like he had anything else better to do now that he was wide awake, though meeting a certain fae wasn’t on his list.

“What'd you expect? You called.”
Malleus wasn’t sure how he was able to hide the little smirk of excitement that threatened to curl his lips.
“You could’ve stayed in your dorm, and yet, here you are to indulge me.”

“Meh,” the lion shrugged. “What’s that old saying? ‘Curiousity killed the cat’—or ‘kissed’ in this case.“

And kissed they did, with the moon as witness.
