Title: 'Coldest Blue'
Fandom: Original Poetry
Rating: G
The sharp, chilly sunset casts a deep hue
Over everything in its coldest blue
Downward fast the snow does soon fall
In flurries that each wind does call
As winter is drawing ever near
The ice soon begins to harden here
And leaves from every tree descend
So close, so close, is autumn's end
And winter soon its due shall claim
In gusts that blow no longer so tame
So cold that 'round the bones they glide
As though Jack Frost strolls the streamside
His so icy breath he starts to blow
First comes the frost, and then the snow
