What drove the Prince as he slipped out of the palace that night he wasn't sure. What he did know was that the life he was currently living gave him no satisfaction, no pleasure. Perhaps he hoped that the nightclub would answer that need, but it was hot, noisy and he was totally anonymous. There was still no purpose, nothing to live for. And yet, at the back of his mind, there existed the belief that the great love of his life must be somewhere, perhaps even somewhere close. He stared over the lake feeling an overwhelming sense of longing.
