“You know what?” asked Spike as he and Buffy moved slowly across the dance floor under the gazebo.
“What?” she asked back, exchanging smiles with the other dancers around them.
“You were right. Just swaying along with the music isn’t that bad.”
Buffy beamed at him. “You were also right. I think we looked good waltzing for our first dance.”
“We bloody well did, and you were fantastic, pet. To think you almost refused.”
She grinned. “Flattery won’t make me do that again. It was a one-time special for our wedding day.”
Spike chuckled. “I’ll just rewatch Dawn’s video, then.”
