Having heroically refrained from eating any of the very tempting snacks on the low tables in the hotel, the werewolf expected to receive his reward as soon as they were home. Accordingly, he bounced round until the selection box was produced and he had chosen one of the bars. Having eaten that, he returned happily for the next one.
"Not at the moment," Adam said firmly. "I said you could have a selection box to yourself, but I never said you were going to eat it all at once. Besides which, you've already had two helpings of sticky toffee pudding."
