Hawthorne blinked awake, not at all surprised she'd fallen asleep while reading again. There was always so much to learn and nowhere near enough time.
At least the gravity in Aktaeon was low enough that she hadn't clonked herself in the head with her tablet...
This time.
Instead it was beside her, as were her two usual companions. A blue haro, and the pale red one, were nestled on a bunched throw blanket.
"Yeah, that's a plan," Hawthorne said as she moved to actually crawl under the covers.
Though she did grab for her tablet...
One more chapter wouldn't hurt.
