Grieving works pretty much the same here as it does in Zanarkand but he still has no idea how the hell to react to the realisation that you're already dead, that you have been for aeons now. And his entire world, he supposed, faded into history, no longer even relevant... Yuna would have danced and twirled her staff, guiding souls to their destination, except that's turned out to be not such a good place either. All he can do is fight on their behalf, his world and every victim of a false God, save future generations from the same fate.
