He has no problems jumping into dark, smoke filled craters or running into against a tide human fear and pain with his fist, will, and inherited smile.

But somehow, this feels worst.

“What’s that?” The dark-haired teacher looks up from his paperwork, sharp eyes as heavy as the bags under his eyes.

“I was just.” Toshinori pauses, face flushing at bit under such a stare “Wondering if maybe we…could go to that restaurant nearby.”

Aizawa-sensei’s gaze lingers a bit before lightening with a crooked tilt of his lips “Fine but bring your lesson plans.”
