Having left the scrubland behind, Lucas walked briskly down the road.  His sixth sense told him his adversary was closing in on him.  He saw a bus pulling up at a bus stop and he leapt on, not bothering to check its destination; even a few stops would put some distance on his pursuer.  Lucas grimaced; the way he had been tracked it almost certainly meant there was more than one person following him.  Shaking them off was going to prove difficult, and it also meant it was even more vital he met his second contact.  The pressure was mounting.
