“Just one, maybe. But all three? It’s clear it was planned a long time ago. He would have had to grow the necessary plants in his greenhouse. No doubt,” Miss Marple coughed, “tending them with the utmost future malice in mind.”
Dolly Bantry made a face.
“Yes,” agreed Miss Marple, “bulbs are easier than people.”
